Other improvements

Other improvements are individually all rather minor, although collectively they do amount to some work. Perhaps the most major is to continue to improve the thermal corrections to pointing - this includes relocation of the temperature sensor to a more appropriate location, and modification to the weather station and telescope task to make them more robust against certain error conditions.

Finally, an important aspect of maintaining good pointing is to heighten the awareness of T.O.s as to what constitutes ``good'' pointing, and what are the characteristics of various errors (e.g. a failure in the clock). To this end, a document will be produced discussing various aspects of pointing, and the effects of known problems. Further T.O. training will also be provided as required.
