.The 7 parameters of the telescope model are determined from analysis of dedicated pointing runs. The residual errors from the least squares fitting procedure are the pointing errors. Individual errors for the parameters are not currently produced by the fitting algorithm (SLA_DMAT), so quantifying the contribution to the pointing errors due to the uncertainties in the 7 parameters is not possible. However, they are presumably non-zero since the 7-parameter model is undoubtedly imperfect. The relationship between the 7 parameters, and their errors, and the way they contribute to the overall pointing errors are described in MTUN005.
