SCD project status meeting minutes 20 Jun 2000

In attendance : ENA (chair), WSH, TJ, RPT, NEJ, IMC

Aim was to confirm status of 'Open Actions' (SCD project Notes 1.1).

Preliminaries
-------------
Deadlines described by ENA as 01 Sept for "first run through"
although this includes one month for ORCADR adjustments.
RPT is unavailable until the *end* of August, but can complete
the uploading of the CSO data from their ftp archive.

Action : RPT to upload CSO tau data

( Section labels refer to those in Open Actions 1.1. 
  Items not explicitly mentioned have no change to their status).

1.1.1 :  TJ : update ready for release

1.1.2 :  TJ : hard to do, and automatic reduction of nights with
              mixed filters (fortunately there are few of these)
              will be impossible.

1.1.4 :       Upload is now automatic,
        RPT : Once per semester perhaps someone (RPT?) must upload the
              complete CSO record from their ftp archive.

1.1.5 :       Fits to be scrutinized by NEJ.

1.1.9 : ENA : may not be available by 01 Sep.

1.2   :  TJ : making filter names in data headers correct in the
              database was trivial, changing them on disk was possible,
              but that the changes within SCUVAX needed effort from FJO.

1.4   :     : Interpolation is not possible if end-of-shift focusses
              are not done (which is usually the case)
