Rules, Policies and Practices of Queue Observing

With the full implementation of the Observation Management Project (OMP, see article this issue), the observatory policies on flexible scheduling and observing are being updated. This process is ongoing at the time of assembly of this newsletter, and will be presented to the JCMT Board for approval at its winter meeting. The current policy web page can be viewed here.
