Table 1 lists the more commonly used autocorrelation
configurations. If there are any missing, check the list of more unusual
configurations in section 7. They are in order
of Receiver. The standard configuration numbers need not be remembered; the VAX
prompts only for the bandwidth.
Most of these configurations use 2-bit Autocorrelation, with standard subband
overlaps of 17.5 MHz. They also use a centre second
IF frequency of 1.5 GHz, the
centre of the IF passband. However, it is possible to change
this by setting up a new configuration in advance (see support scientist
beforehand). The
channel spacing can be used to give the frequency resolution; the
following table gives the default resolution (Natural weighting). More
information on resolution can be found in section 8.
