ACSIS Data Reduction Cookbook

Introduction

The information in this cookbook is designed to enable users of the JCMT heterodyne suite of instruments to reduce their data. It will contain a description of the basic commands and tools needed to reduce the data and to visualise and analyse the resultant data cubes. It is by no means exhaustive and it is not designed to be. Users are encouraged to explore the functionality of the routines and to feedback anything which would be useful to others. As such, this document will evolve as the user community become more experienced with the instrumentation and reduction techniques.

Please feedback your constructive comments.

There is also a PDF version of the cookbook.

An ACSIS DR workflow is now available to guide you through the data reduction process.
