20040919 report

CW Inclinometry

Inclinometry was done as follows :

Datasets El Dirn HST mean leg temperatures Humidity
                          start start middle end %
  ( 20040828 90 cw 10:38 6.8 7.7 8.5 30 )
    20040919 90 cw 10:28 7.7 8.5 9.3 20

All data channels of the inclinometry data look OK. The resulting CW model is compared below with the current one - that taken on 28 Aug :

  • The +4" spike in F1 at az=90.9 (from the data of 20040828) has again been removed by interpolation.
  • The differences in (F1,F2,F3) between these two CW models are described by the rms scatters of (0.26", 0.18", 0.33") cf. (0.37", 0.24", 0.29") previously.
  • The new CW model was merged with the (CW-CCW) template to create a new hybrid track model, which was installed at HST 16:30 on 30 September 2004.
  • Records of the symmetry and strain gauge data have been updated; all looks fine.
