CW/CCW inclinometry updated

03 August 2009

This inclinometry run was carried out on 1st August.

Datasets El Dirn HST mean leg temperatures Humidity
                              start start middle end %

    20090801 89 cw 06:45 6.2 6.6 7.1 30

The new data are recorded from the 3 active inclinometers and one of the two strain gauge channels. The LT trace, which showed strange behaviour during the previous inclinometry run continues to show no problems.

  • The differences between the (CW) model derived from this run and the previous run on 26th July are shown below.

  • The resulting rms scatters in the differences in (F1,F2,F3) are (0.31", 0.25", 0.36") compared to (0.38", 0.29", 0.35") last time.

  • The CW-CCW profile is normal, and is used to generate a hybrid track model which was installed on the 3rd August at 11:00.

  • The strain gauge analysis suggest the loasing on the wheels continues to hold steady (see strain gauge data).
