20090820 report
CW/CCW inclinometry updated
20 August 2009
SCUBA2 is finally back on the telescope as of yesterday, this required a central bearing adjustment to compensate for the extra load followed by this inclinometry run.
Datasets El Dirn HST mean leg temperatures Humidity

20090819 89 ccw 18:45 11.8 11.4 11.0 35
The new data are recorded from the 3 active inclinometers and one of the
two strain gauge channels. all channels look normal.
-
The differences between the (CW) model derived from this run and the previous run on 17th August are shown below.

-
The resulting rms scatters in the differences in (F1,F2,F3) are (0.68", 0.48", 0.46") compared to (0.34", 0.38", 0.30") last time.
-
The
CW-CCW profile is normal, and is used to generate a hybrid track model
which was installed on the 19th August at 21:30.
- The strain gauge analysis suggest the distribution of loading across the wheels has been significantly improved by the central bearing adjustment (see strain gauge data).
