Inclinometry on the evening of 970411

Summary : 2nd CW inclinometry following the welding of track joint 7/8.

Inclinometry started at 21:30 - mean temperature of antenna legs 3.0, falling to 2.2 at end => an average of 2.5C.

Some changes from yesterday are seen, particularly at azimuths 222 and 319 where the back wheels (3 and 2) traverse the joint 7/8, but are typically of order +-1".

A new track model was created and installed. The difference between this model and the previous one of 970410 is shown.
