Updated track model

Due to fog last night, one CW inclinometry run was made. (Thanks Jim). The CW data was used to create a new track model, which is now installed.

The plot below shows the difference between the new model and the previous one of 971031 :

There are several 1" excursions at the same azimuths as last time .

The rms scatters in the 971105-1031 data for track model parameters (F1, F2, F3) are (0.50", 0.28", 0.53") - a considerable improvement over the previous comparison (971031-0915).
