Updated track model

One CW inclinometry run was made during the afternoon. (Thanks Kimberly). The CW data was used to create a new track model, which is now installed.

There are several 2" excursions at the same azimuths as seen before .

The rms scatters in the 971122-05 data for track model parameters (F1, F2, F3) are (0.65", 0.45", 0.53"). The model is installed, particularly because of the time elapsed and because the temperatures have dropped in the interim.
