First use of inclinometry calibration shim

SUMMARY
A 100mm-wide, 100micron-thick shim was placed on the antenna azimuth track and inclinometry done to test its usefulness as a calibrator of the inclinometry scaling.

The results of a short inclinometry run over the shim is shown below, where LY is the from regular left-hand A-frame inclinometer, and SY is from the spare mounted on the radial arm to wheel 3(left rear).

The deflection in SY of -80mV is roughly -4" as expected. The location is in a particularly 'quiet' part of the track, as specified on 981124 , and should provide calibration when permanently installed.
