The differences between these clockwise models is shown below :

• Difference spikes at azimuths 33, 249, 280 and 300 were evident last time also and are not inherent to the new data.

• The differences in the (F1,F2,F3) have rms scatters of (0.88", 0.23", 0.49") cf (1.06", 0.43", 0.50") previously.

• A new track model was installed at 15:30 HST on 19991029 - using (note added HST 19991029:15:35) a yaw factor of 1.00 instead of 1.21, following the work of 990923.
