How to get UT1-UTC

• Do one of the following :
  • use the automated data service web page, or,
  • telnet to 192.5.41.239, or,
  • from an OPERATOR session on the summit VAXes type   $ getutc
• and then
  • login as ads
  • enter `astro' and then `tpm'
  • decline the offer to see the coefficents, but request to see the predictions,
  • enter the appropriate dates and note the results.
  • exit
• Update the parameters TPM.MJD1 and TPM.DELUT1 (and then '2') in the file /jac_sw/itsroot/src/tcs/thi/THI.tide on ieie.
