Karl Glazebrook - Anglo-Australian Observatory

"Instrumentation developments at the AAT: 2dF and LDSS++, etc." ABSTRACT:"I'd like to report briefly about developments of new and old instruments at the AAT. 2dF has been successfully commissioned in semester 97B and is now an operational and scheduled instrument, we have exciting plans to upgrade the LDSS spectrograph for world-leading performance for ultra-faint object work, and I will give an overview of the unique science possible with the Taurus Tunable Filter and the UCLES Iodine cell."
