"Narrow Line Seyfert Is - AGN that don't fit the model"
ABSTRACT: "Narrow Line Seyfert 1s are unusual in that they show
many of the properties of Sy 1 galaxies, except that they have narrow permitted
optical lines. They also show large amplitude, rapid variability in their
extremely soft X-Ray spectra. It seems difficult to reconcile NLS1 galaxies
with current orientation based unification models. The various NLS1 models
will be discussed, along with recent results from our multi wavelength
observing campaign and my work at the JAC."
