UFTI Warmup and Cooldown

Plots are available showing timescales for warming up and cooling down UFTI. For a normal cycle UFTI requires 30 hours to warm up and 40 hours to cool down. Due to differential contraction the shutter and filter wheels should not be moved until they are below 100K. Cold vacuum pressure should be around 2e-6, and initial pressure on a cooldown is usually 1e-3.

Here as a copy of the temperatures epics display, showing nominal temperatures for UFTI and indeed all of the instruments (current as of Nov. 2001; these stable values slightly higher after change of cold-head in Spring 2001).
