UFTI IMAGES SCUBA GALAXY FIELD AT 0.3" RESOLUTION!

** Figure **

Above is shown an UFTI K-band mosaic taken as part of a programme to identify faint SCUBA submillimetre sources discovered in the CUDSS (Canada-UK Deep SCUBA Survey) project. The compounded integration time in the innermost region of the image is 1.5 hours. The observations were taken in excellent conditions, with the FWHM measured to be 0.3". Sources are detectable in the deepest part of the image down to about 22nd magnitude at K (5 sigma). The axis offsets are in arcseconds.
