5. Longer-Term Plans

A one-day workshop is being held in April 2005, as part of the UK National Astronomy Meeting, to discuss future science and new instrumentation for UKIRT. This meeting will be used by the UKIRT Board to generate a document about the future options to be considered as part of an international review of UKIRT which is due to report in autumn 2005.
