The Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) group provides operational, improvements and project support to both the JCMT and UKIRT telescopes, as well as to the JAC Hilo sea level facility. The group includes engineers and technicians with skills in the mechanical, electrical and electronic, cryogenic, vacuum and instrument disciplines.
