JAC Safety Manual - manmods 7

Here are the seventh round of modifications made to the JAC Safety Manual as per the JAC Safety Committee Meeting of 26 & 28 October 1999.

Modifications to the front and back covers will appear in the hard copy versions only .

Note: Following the above mentioned meetings, there were 3 other changes made on 7th December.

These changes appear in green below.

If non of them can be contacted, or if they are not able to verify that the lockout may be removed, then telescope time will be lost. The person removing the device must send a note to the Site Safety Advisor for discussion at the next Safety Committee meeting."
